i repeat jill's title is NOT customer service rep!....


ha! she is the retail sales director..and she is sooo gonna want to kick my ars when she gets on my site in the morning...ha! i crack myself up...i feel like a im box should pop up and be Jill's voice like on lands end's virtual shopping experience..i think retail sales director was the title we made up..ha! We are sooooo official here me and my "staff"...=)! Okay, on a serious note Jill (Jill Johnson that is---yes, Hutton's mom for my blogreaders that dont actually know us...everyone knows who Hutton is!=))...she really has taken over all phone calls/questions/emails regarding retail sales....Laura is now handling the wholesale portion and i am just floating around trying not to go INSANE...which i definitely would if not for these two gems! I LOVE YOU JILL & LAURA..HA...yep i know im crazy it's 2:53 and i am designing new calendars and some Brand spankin' new products....it never stops...would someone pls tell me how to turn it off and sleep, eat, be human again! Okay, so anyway, pleeeeaaasssseee anyone w/questions direct them to egtcustomerservice@yahoo.com she's got the answers and if she doesnt im on the phone telling her what to type...ha! This is huge but i really need everyone to order through the website now ...i mean like even my own mother....we have simply outgrown being able to accept email orders and remember to enter them...they will nine times out of ten fall through the cracks! too much on our plate to not be "automated"! Also, if you do need Jill you can give her a buzz or email her but she does have 5 screamin' kids (wait...Jill do you have 6 and i have 5 or you have 5 and i have 4?...JK--i say that everytime...her 5th has thrown me for a loop-now i dont even know how many i have..ha!)...anyway, email is probably going to get a faster response although she is lots better than me about the phone...she will get back to ya as soon as she can....and my girl is keeping up w/it daily....more than laura and i could say when we were trying to "do it all"..ha! we sucked. okay, change your emails to egtcustomerservice and pls start directing all traffic (retail that is...wholesale remains the same) to egtcustomerservice@yahoo.com... More soon bc i have lots i need to blog about....whew-where do i start...i think Jill taking this over takes the cake so it was first! i feel like a bird out of a cage...i can fly (aka design, design, design)!signing off to go work on your orders=)..xxoo emt.
